If you contact us to provide a quote for the clearance of any property we will arrange an appointment which is convenient to you. Our representative will then meet with you at the property to quickly evaluate the costs of the clearance, in consideration to man hour’s required, waste disposal/recycling costs and plant and machinery that may be required. Once this meeting has taken place we will then give you a written and final quote for the job and that would be the price you would pay with no hidden extras!
Absolutely all tools and machinery that may be required for the job will be provided by ourselves or hired by us and used on the site.

We are fully insured for public liability to 10,000,000 GBP and are fully licensed by the Environment Agency for transport and disposal of waste. At present we manage to recycle 85% of the waste we handle.
If there are items at the property which have value we can arrange to sell them / transport them on your behalf so that you can receive the money for those items directly.
